Any equipment (“Equipment”) hired by you (the 'Hirer') from us (AC Lighting) shall be subject to A & C LIGHTING LIMITED terms & conditions, unless we agree in writing to change them. If you accept the Equipment from us, that action by you (the 'Hirer') will be deemed to be acceptance of A & C LIGHTING LIMITED'S terms & conditions despite anything that may be stated to the contrary in your enquiry or your order.
